14 DAYS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You can return products purchased from us to us without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods and get your money back. If you wish, we can offset your credit against your new order, e.g. if you exchange it for a different size or another item. You can find details about your right of cancellation in our terms and conditions under cancellation policy.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
We will cover the cost of returning goods that are located exclusively within the delivery area of Germany. The cost of returning goods within the delivery area of Switzerland and Austria will not be covered. For deliveries within Germany, you can create a prepaid return label HERE to return the goods free of charge.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Please fill out the return slip included with your order and put it in the package. If you don't have it, you can download the return slip HERE at any time.
The items should be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please do not remove the labels and, if possible, use the same packaging that the order was delivered in to avoid damaging the original packaging.
Please create your DHL return shipping label HERE and carefully stick the return shipping label onto the package. Remove old package stickers and barcodes so that the package is addressed correctly. Take the package to the nearest post office, Packstation or give it to a DHL delivery person. Please keep the receipt of delivery or the receipt from DHL until we have confirmed to you by email that your return has been received. You can track the status of the package online at DHL using the package number.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY BALANCE?
After receiving and processing your return, we will fulfill your request as stated on the return slip. There you can indicate whether you would like a refund or whether we should offset your credit against a new order. Of course, you can also let us know your wishes by phone or email.
HOW LONG DOES THE REPAYMENT TAKE?
For credits from prepayment, we guarantee a hassle-free refund of amounts already paid, provided we have your bank details. Credits from PayPal and credit card payments will be refunded to your PayPal or credit card account.

If your return has already arrived with us according to the tracking information, we usually process it within 2 - 3 working days. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed.
HOW CAN I MAKE A COMPLAINT?
If you want to complain about an item because it is defective, call us or send us an email. Alternatively, you can simply send the item back to us. Make a note on the return slip of what exactly is defective so that we can process your complaint as quickly as possible. Also note whether you would like a replacement (if available) or a refund.
